Refund and Returns Policy

1. General principle

Archeovision products are made using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model.

This means that each item is:

  • manufactured only after the order is placed
  • produced specifically for the customer
  • not held in stock

As a result, returns are handled under specific conditions.


2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

However, this right may be limited in the following cases:

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal:

  • custom-made or print-on-demand products
  • items produced specifically for the customer
  • products that have been worn, washed, or damaged

3. Eligible return cases

Returns or replacements may be accepted in the following cases:

a) Defective or damaged product

  • printing defects
  • item damaged upon arrival
  • manufacturing error

b) Order error

  • wrong size delivered
  • wrong product received

c) Non-conforming product

  • significant difference from the product description

4. Non-eligible return cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • customer ordered the wrong size
  • change of mind
  • aesthetic preference
  • improper use of the product
  • item already worn or washed

5. Return procedure

To request a return, customers must contact:

and provide:

  • order number
  • photos of the product (if defective)
  • description of the issue

6. Approval of returns

After review, Archeovision may:

  • offer a free replacement
  • issue a full or partial refund
  • reject the request if it does not meet the return conditions

7. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • it will be processed within 14 days maximum
  • via the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is due to Archeovision.


8. Exchanges

In case of a confirmed issue, an exchange may be offered at no additional cost.


9. International returns

These conditions also apply to international orders.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is attributable to Antheros.


10. POD product variations

Minor variations may occur between:

  • product mockups
  • final delivered items

This is normal in Print-on-Demand production and does not constitute a defect.
