And any person making a purchase on the website, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of clothing and accessories offered by Antheros.
3. Products
The products offered include:
- clothing (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
- textile accessories or related items
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible.
Images are non-contractual.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery fees.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
5. Orders
Any order implies:
- acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- validation of payment
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of prior dispute or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods:
- credit/debit card
- Stripe / PayPal (depending on website configuration)
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during checkout.
Average delivery times:
- production: 2 to 7 business days (for print-on-demand items)
- shipping: 3 to 10 business days depending on carrier and destination
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, this right may not apply in the following cases:
- custom-made or print-on-demand products
- items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
9. Returns and refunds
If a return is accepted:
- the product must be new, unworn, and unwashed
- preferably in its original packaging
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the Seller is at fault.
10. Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for:
- indirect damages related to product use
- improper use of the products
- delays or losses caused by shipping carriers
11. Personal data
Personal data collected is used solely for:
- order processing
- delivery
- customer relationship management
In accordance with GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

12. Intellectual property
All website content (brand name, logo, designs, visuals, texts, creative universe, product designs) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
13. Force majeure
The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their control (strikes, natural disasters, technical failures, etc.).
14. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
